Father, my people are grieved and need You.   Please hear their cry.   They've turned their seeking to other things. They've devoted their time to the worthless. Show Your mercy.  Redeem us. Amen

Dear Lord, help me to... love you with all my heart, love you with all my soul, love you with all my mind, love you with all my strength, love myself,  and love my neighbor. Amen 

Jesus, you are... The One who gives strength to the weak,     Jesus, You are...  The One who calls us to serve,     Jesus, You are... The One who gives us second chances,     Jesus, You are... The One who gives grace,     Jesus, You are... The One who saves sinners,     Jesus, You are... The One who is patient,     Jesus, You are... The One who holds eternal life,     Jesus, You are... The One who is King Eternal,     Jesus, You are... The One who is truly immortal,     Jesus, You are... The One who deserves honor and glory.     Jesus, You are... Amen

Give me eyes to see others and their pain.    Give me words to share that speak life and healing. Give me courage to hold up their dignity and value. Amen

Father, thank you for the unshakable kingdom You offer each of us.  Your kingdom cannot be forcibly taken from us, but can always remain in our midst.  The kingdom You give us is Your way of doing things.  May we find ourselves overwhelmed by Your gracious gift of ruling.  May we delight in You.  May we praise You.  May we give You thanks. Amen

Father,  hallowed by your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our daily bread. Forgvie us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation. Amen

A Daily Office  Good morning Jesus. Today I choose You.   I choose to live by the Spirit. Today I choose to keep in step with the Spirit (Galatians 5:25). I do not claim to be without sin.  I confess my sins to You.   Make me aware of any offensive way in me. I believe you are faithful and just. I believe you forgive me and purify me from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:8-9). I humble myself before You. Lift me up. I cast all my anxiety on You. Care for me (1 Peter 5:6-7). May I know and trust that You are with me today (Matthew 28:20). Amen
