Prayer from Hebrews 12:28-29

Father, thank you for the unshakable kingdom You offer each of us.  Your kingdom cannot be forcibly taken from us, but can always remain in our midst.  The kingdom You give us is Your way of doing things.  May we find ourselves overwhelmed by Your gracious gift of ruling.  May we delight in You.  May we praise You.  May we give You thanks.

Amen

Now is the day of salvation - 2 Corinthians 6:2 Heavenly Father, Help me to see today as the day of salvation.  May my eyes be opened to even more of what You have done in the gift of salvation you've given me.   May I be thankful for it.   May I relish it.   May I celebrate it.   May I cherish it.   May I share it.   May I talk about it.   May it be on the forefront of my mind throughout today.   Amen
